Recent history shows how people cannot see what is obvious to others while some argue with documented historical facts. Do you know people who have eyes but cannot see what may be observed by others?
Has it occurred to you lately that some people cannot and will not see the obvious? Thankfully, you see it and understand it while others drift by without notice or observation of what is plainly in sight. Consider Mark 8:17-18: “Aware of their discussion, Jesus asked them: “Why are you talking about having no bread? Do you still not see or understand? Are your hearts hardened? Do you have eyes but fail to see, and ears but fail to hear? And don’t you remember?”
Honestly, people have eyes cannot see; ears, and cannot hear; brains/minds and cannot reason; hearts that cannot feel or sense. People are blind, deaf, non-thinking, and/or insensitive and have become too common in today’s world. It is the experience of entire communities, peoples, persuasions, races, creeds, religions, etc. Socio-economic background is of little consequence in this matter. Educational background does impact here either. …
